Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 01/08/2026

Welcome to Open Mirror, a mobile application owned and operated by Talenthunt Solutions Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Open Mirror mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. User Verification & Identity Disclaimer

Profile verification, including phone number or third-party ID checks, is intended solely for platform safety and operational trust. It does not constitute a legal endorsement, character certificate, identity guarantee, or criminal background verification of any user by OpenMirror.
Verification should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a user is trustworthy, safe, suitable, or free from any past or present misconduct.

2. Nature of the OpenMirror Experience

OpenMirror is a platform designed exclusively for platonic, experience-based interactions between users, including activities such as coffee companionship, movie companionship, conversations, outings, and other mutually agreed lifestyle experiences listed on the platform.
OpenMirror does not facilitate, encourage, or endorse sexual services, prostitution, adultery, romantic arrangements, romantic relationships, intimate encounters, or any other non-platonic activity.
All interactions between Bookers and Hosts/Providers must remain strictly within the agreed booking purpose and platform terms.

3. Safety & Public Meeting Policy

For the safety and protection of all users, OpenMirror strongly recommends that all in-person sessions take place only in safe, public, and appropriately populated locations.
OpenMirror does not encourage or facilitate private, residential, hotel-room, or other secluded indoor meetings between Bookers and Hosts/Providers.
Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment and taking reasonable safety precautions before, during, and after any meeting.
Hosts/Providers and Bookers should respect each other's personal boundaries at all times and must immediately discontinue any interaction that makes either party feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

4. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

OpenMirror maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against abuse, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, threats, inappropriate touching, sexually explicit behaviour, sexual solicitation, coercion, or any other misconduct.
Violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.
Users must not use the platform to request, offer, negotiate, or engage in any activity that falls outside the agreed platonic experience and booking terms.
If any user violates OpenMirror's rules, safety standards, or applicable laws, OpenMirror reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension, termination, reporting to relevant authorities where required, or other measures permitted by law.
OpenMirror shall not be responsible for misconduct, unlawful conduct, personal disputes, injuries, losses, or consequences arising from a user's intentional violation of these Terms & Conditions, safety policies, or instructions.

5. Respect for Boundaries & Provider Guidelines

All parties must respect personal, physical, emotional, and conversational boundaries.
Hosts/Providers must:

Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

Maintain appropriate and modest attire suitable for a public, platonic experience.

Avoid behaviour, communication, or appearance that could reasonably be interpreted as sexual, romantic, or suggestive.

Not request money, gifts, favours, services, or benefits beyond the agreed booking terms.

Not pressure, manipulate, threaten, or make inappropriate requests to the Booker.

Respect the Booker's stated boundaries and personal space.

Keep the interaction strictly within the agreed booking purpose.

Bookers must similarly respect the Host/Provider's boundaries and must not request anything outside the agreed booking terms.

6. Off-Platform Interactions & Liability

OpenMirror is not responsible for any communications, agreements, transactions, exchanges of personal information, or physical meetings made or arranged outside the official OpenMirror platform.
Users engaging in external interactions do so entirely at their own risk.
OpenMirror does not endorse or guarantee any private arrangement, transaction, meeting, communication, or relationship formed outside the platform.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a Booker cancels a booking within 24 hours of making the booking, the Booker shall be entitled to a 100% full refund, subject to applicable payment-processing limitations.
For Booker-initiated cancellations made after the applicable 24-hour cancellation window, a 10% cancellation fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.
If a session is cancelled or terminated by the Host/Provider rather than the Booker, the Booker shall be entitled to a 100% full refund without any cancellation deduction.
OpenMirror may review exceptional circumstances, technical issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances before processing a refund.

8. Platform Fee & Payout Terms

OpenMirror reserves the right to deduct applicable platform convenience fees, commissions, payment-processing charges, and regulatory taxes, including GST, TCS, or other applicable taxes under Indian tax laws, before processing earnings or payouts to Hosts/Providers.
The exact deductions applicable to a transaction may depend on the nature of the service, applicable law, payment method, and the Host/Provider's tax status.

9. Payout Schedule & Hold Policy

Payouts to Hosts/Providers will generally be processed within 3 to 7 business days following the successful completion of a session, subject to applicable payment-processing and banking timelines.
OpenMirror reserves the right to temporarily hold or delay a payout if a dispute, complaint, refund request, payment reversal, fraud concern, chargeback, safety concern, or other investigation is raised in connection with the booking.
Payouts may remain on hold until the relevant matter has been reviewed and resolved.

10. Dispute Window for Bookings

Any dispute or complaint regarding a completed session should be reported through the official OpenMirror support channel within 24 hours of the scheduled end time of the session.
Complaints submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or dispute consideration, except where OpenMirror determines that an exception is appropriate or where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Technical Failure & Session Interruption

OpenMirror is not liable for session disruptions caused by a user's internet connectivity, device malfunction, device incompatibility, telecommunications failure, power failure, or other circumstances beyond OpenMirror's reasonable control.
In cases of platform-wide technical outages affecting an ongoing session, OpenMirror may review the circumstances and determine whether a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate resolution is warranted.

12. No Guarantee of Income or Bookings

OpenMirror serves primarily as a technology platform facilitating connections between users.
Registration as a Host/Provider does not guarantee any minimum income, fixed number of bookings, minimum earnings, client traffic, or continued demand for any particular experience.
Actual earnings may vary depending on demand, availability, pricing, location, user preferences, cancellations, and other factors.

13. Location-Based Services & Data Usage

To facilitate in-person or localized experiences, OpenMirror may collect and process location information where necessary and where permitted by applicable law.
Location information may be used for safety, service matching, operational purposes, verification, and other purposes described in the OpenMirror Privacy Policy.
By using relevant location-based services, users acknowledge and consent to such processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Privacy Policy

Use of OpenMirror is subject to the OpenMirror Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using the platform, users acknowledge that their personal information may be collected, processed, stored, and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
Users should review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how their information is handled.

15. Age Requirement

OpenMirror is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
By registering or using the platform, users confirm that they meet the applicable minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions.
OpenMirror reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes that a user does not satisfy the minimum age requirement.

16. Account Security & Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.
Users must provide accurate and current information and must not impersonate another person or create an account using false or misleading information.
OpenMirror may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Users must not use OpenMirror to:

Engage in sexual or sexually suggestive activities.

Arrange prostitution, sexual services, or paid intimate encounters.

Pursue or pressure another user for romantic or sexual relationships.

18. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, branding, app architecture, software, designs, content, graphics, interfaces, databases, and other intellectual property associated with OpenMirror belong exclusively to Talenthunt Solutions Innovations Private Limited, unless otherwise stated.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive or misuse any portion of the OpenMirror platform without prior written authorization.

19. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for the content, photographs, descriptions, reviews, messages, or other material they submit or publish through OpenMirror.
Users must ensure that such content does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, dignity, or applicable law.
OpenMirror reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms & Conditions or creates a safety, legal, or reputational concern.

20. Personal Information & Privacy During Meetings

Users should exercise caution before voluntarily sharing personal information such as home addresses, financial information, passwords, private documents, or other sensitive information with another user.
OpenMirror does not require users to disclose unnecessary personal information to complete a platonic experience.
Users remain responsible for information they voluntarily disclose to another person outside the platform.

21. Emergency & Personal Safety Disclaimer

OpenMirror may provide safety-related tools or guidance where available, but users should not rely exclusively on the platform for emergency assistance.
In an emergency or situation involving an immediate threat to personal safety, users should contact the appropriate local emergency services or authorities.
OpenMirror does not guarantee that any safety measure, communication channel, verification mechanism, or platform feature will prevent an incident or provide immediate assistance in every circumstance.

22. Third-Party Services & Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or financial service providers.
OpenMirror is not responsible for delays, failures, interruptions, reversals, or technical issues caused by third-party payment processors, banks, telecommunications providers, or other external service providers, subject to applicable law.
Applicable taxes, payment-processing charges, and regulatory deductions may apply to transactions.

23. Limitation of Liability & Maximum Exposure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenMirror's maximum aggregate liability for claims arising directly from a specific booking or service shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the relevant user for the specific disputed session.
OpenMirror shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from interactions between users, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

24. User-to-User Responsibility

OpenMirror provides the technology platform through which users may discover, book, and participate in platonic experiences.
OpenMirror does not guarantee the behaviour, identity, intentions, qualifications, compatibility, suitability, or personal conduct of any individual user beyond the verification processes expressly provided by the platform.
Each user is responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and taking appropriate precautions when interacting with another person.

25. Violation of Terms & Conditions

OpenMirror reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms & Conditions and take appropriate action, including warnings, content removal, booking cancellation, payout suspension, account suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.
Users who deliberately bypass or violate OpenMirror's rules may lose access to the platform and may not be entitled to compensation for resulting losses, subject to applicable law.

26. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their OpenMirror account through the applicable account-management or support process.
Deletion of an account does not necessarily require OpenMirror to immediately erase information that must be retained to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
Any deletion or retention of personal information will be handled in accordance with the OpenMirror Privacy Policy and applicable law.

27. Changes to Terms & Conditions

OpenMirror reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms may be published through the platform. Continued use of OpenMirror after the updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities as specified by OpenMirror and permitted under applicable law.
